Now Hiring - Sales Support Representative in Alexander, AR

MAG Industries is a fast-growing, family-run wholesale business that was started in the summer of 2020. MAG sells to thousands of smoke shops, head shops, and convenience stores across the country. MAG operates out of its warehouse in Tyrone, PA.

We are seeking a team of Sales Support Representatives that will sell and provide guidance about products needed by MAG Industries chain accounts who reside or are willing to relocate to the following locations:

• Denver, Colorado
• Little Rock, Arkansas
• Tampa, Florida
• Raleigh, North Carolina
• Indianapolis, Indiana

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains relationships with existing chain account clients.
• Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
• Traveling to chain account stores via personal vehicle to place MAG Industries product signage.
• Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
• Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other price specifications to clients.
• Make routine in-person visits to chain account stores in region.
• Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
